Psychotherapy at Serendipity Wellness is focused, intentional, and designed to support real growth. This is a space to build emotional insight, develop coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and move through life transitions with clarity and grounding.
Our approach blends evidence-based practices with somatic and nervous-system-informed strategies. Some sessions are reflective and grounding; others are direct and growth-focused. We offer honest feedback, supportive accountability, and a calm, attuned presence as we explore patterns, develop emotional regulation, and build practices that help you move toward who you are becoming.
We work with children, teens, and adults, as well as offer group spaces for shared support and skill-building. Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, identity, or life transitions, the goal is to help you develop capacity — not just insight. We work to understand what you’re feeling, why it’s there, and how to respond in a way that aligns with your values, goals, and personal growth.

Yoga and Mindfulness
Yoga Infused Sessions
Serendipity Wellness, yoga-infused sessions honor what research and lived experience affirm — healing is not only a cognitive process. Healing lives in the nervous system — in breath patterns, posture, and the protective responses the body learns to keep us safe.
Through breathwork, intentional movement, and somatic awareness, we support vagus-nerve regulation, emotional processing, and a felt sense of safety in the body.
This is not yoga intended for exercise — it is yoga for regulation, grounding, and embodiment. We practice feeling without becoming overwhelmed. Embodiment provides a supported way to meet hard emotions; instead of avoiding fear, anxiety, grief, or stress, we learn to approach them with curiosity, presence, and safety in the body.
On the mat, we learn to pause, soften, notice, and respond — and then we take those same skills into everyday life. The same principles that guide mindful movement — find your way, don’t force it — become tools for emotional processing, decision-making, and navigating real-world stress and change.
Through this approach, the body shifts from battleground to ally. Clients discover steadiness, clarity, and grounded presence — not by forcing change, but by re-learning calm, rebuilding internal safety, and remembering wholeness from within.

Serendipity Wellness Plans are structured, short-term support tracks created to help you grow with intention, clarity, and accountability. These plans offer a guided four-week framework that includes weekly themes, reflective practices, journaling prompts, and mind-body grounding tools. The goal is to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and establish sustainable wellness habits that extend beyond the session.
This process is collaborative and structured. We identify your goals, clarify barriers, and implement practices that support emotional regulation, resilience, and aligned decision-making.
Wellness Plans are available for individuals and organizations, whether you are navigating a personal season of growth or cultivating emotional well-being, communication, and resilience within your workplace or team. This model is ideal for those seeking a guided reset with direction, structured support, and clear next steps.
