Serendipity Wellness Plans are 10–12 week mind-body programs designed to support healing at a gentle, sustainable pace. Each plan blends psychotherapy with somatic and yoga-based practices, offering a personalized path toward internal balance, emotional clarity, and embodied wholeness.
About Shira LPC, CPC, RYT200
Shira Stewart-King, LPC, CMHC, RYT-200 is a licensed psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher specializing in integrative mind-body healing. She integrates clinical expertise with somatic and yoga-based practices to help clients reconnect with themselves, restore inner clarity, and create aligned change. Her work is rooted in compassion, personal agency, and spiritual grounding, with the belief that healing is not becoming someone new — it is a homecoming to who we were always meant to be.
